Wow - ladies keep clear !! My coil spring had broken completely and I could not use my usual garage in Dover because of driving it over. I went for this garage as my partner has used them before with no problems. One of the mechanics there quoted me £282 for replacing both front coils and mounts. Bit expensive but I could manage that. However - 3 days later he rings me back and says he hasn't done the work yet as he's so busy but also he'd made a mistake with the price quoted and it should be £438 !! I told him to just fix the broken coil. Glad I didn't let him rip me off ! I'm still in shock that such sexism still exists !
